21 Day Lifestyle Transformation

21dlt

Want to know the secret to effortless and lasting weight loss? It’s unbelievably simple.

But we’ve been taught that weight loss is difficult, that being healthy is hard, that we need to count calories and eat salads. Which is what I always did when I wanted to tone up, lose fat and get in shape.

So I counted calories, I counted carbs, I portioned out my meals, I ate a ton of salads, and I basically starved myself of the food my body wanted (and needed).

Almost as soon as I started, I was done.

I was tired of dieting. Dieting is freaking exhausting! Anything was better than the mind numbing calorie counting, weighing my food and just. being. HUNGRY. All I could think about was food. All I could feel was hunger, and guilt. I remember devouring two cupcakes after I had lunch one day, years ago. I couldn’t take it back. I ate those cupcakes, and they were probably the best thing I ever tasted.

And then the guilt set in. I had failed my diet for the day. And I did it in the first place because the food I was eating wasn’t nourishing, or filling, or healthy.

Let me let you in on a little secret: dieting isn’t healthy.

Dieting isn’t going to get you the body you want.

You know what is? Me.

Diets are bullshit. Let’s just call it like it is. They. Don’t. Work. If you’ve come here expecting to be introduced to some strict dieting plan, a green smoothie a day, a raw vegan diet, or any other bullshit fads, you will not find it here.

It’s time to stop counting calories and carbs, stop eating low-fat food, and stop focusing on portions.

EATREALFOOD-1024x341

It’s time to start eating real food. It’s time to nourish your body. It’s time to transform your lifestyle by eating healthy, real food. Because there is NO diet that will do for you what eating real, unprocessed food does.

Here is what we don’t do:

  • count calories
  • count carbs
  • avoid salt
  • drink smoothies or shakes as meal replacements
  • skip meals
  • ignore hunger
  • binge
  • avoid meat
  • avoid fat
  • avoid sugar
  • guilt

What we do:

  • take care of our bodies
  • love ourselves
  • treat our bodies like the awesome, beautiful temples they are
  • feel confident
  • stay proud
  • eat well
  • eat when we want
  • eat until we’re full
  • enjoy food
  • OWN this shit!

ghER
It’s time to take ownership of your body. This is your life. It’s time to stop falling for these fad diets. At no point in time have our ancestors ever been vegan (or even vegetarian), our ancestors have never eaten low-fat foods, or fake sugar. And guess what?

They had amazing, strong, healthy bodies, without disease.

    Dani,
I’m very interested in your 21 day transformation. While I don’t really struggle with weight, I would like to lose some extra pounds I’ve gained, but mostly get my health in check. I work out but I’ve always had stomach issues where many foods bother my stomach and I have IBS. I read in one of your blogs about some vitamins? Is this in addition to the $69 and if so, what is the cost. I want to eat better to get my weight down some, but also have a healthy body eating better foods that won’t stress out my stomach.

    Thank you,
    Stephanie

    • dani stout Reply

      Hi Stephanie!

The 21 Day Transformation is $69 without supplements. On May 12th I’m releasing a similar program geared toward weight loss that is free, it just costs the price of supplements. Let me know which you’re interested in. Both are about eating well to lose weight if you need to. The weight loss program will have a bit of a higher price point. If you have any questions just email me at dani@ancestral-nutrition.com

      Take care!
      Dani

  7. Hi Dani, Do you have any reviews from people that have tried your 21 day transformation? Any customer testimonials? It sounds great. I would just like to hear from someone who’s tried it. Thanks!

    • dani stout Reply

I don’t! All of my clients have been happy and I’ve never had anyone complain or request a refund. I’ve been meaning to ask my clients for testimonials – will definitely do this soon.

  8. I’m interested in your 21 transformation. What ticks me off is that it’s so expensive to eat healthy. Gluten free, organic, etc., will always cost more, making it difficult to maintain that healthy lifestyle.

    • dani stout Reply

It does cost a bit more but you’re saving money if you don’t eat out. By making all or majority of your meals at home, you will save a ton of money. Plus, I provide meal plans and grocery lists so you’re only buying what you need, which will also help save money.

You really have to think of it as an investment in your health. It will save you more in the long run because you’ll likely spend less money on health care issues in the future by preventing them now.

      • DO your meal plans only feed one person OR families? I mean is it geared for only one person and has to be doubled or multiplied for each additional person?

        • dani stout Reply

Generally 1-2 people. You can double or triple the recipes though.

    Hi Dani,
I am interested in your 21 day transformation. I have struggled w/ my weight my entire life and then had 2 babies a year apart. Now my weight and health are out of control! I really want to instill heathy eating habits w/ my kids from the start so that it’s second nature and they won’t have to feel the struggle like I have. My only concern is my husband can be kind of picky w/ foods “too healthy” (his words). Is this something I could do for my whole family??

    • dani stout Reply

Absolutely! You’d have to modify the meal plans and grocery lists a bit, but it’s definitely doable for the whole family. It’s just based around eating real food – no crazy diet foods, eliminating red meat or any other ridiculous and dangerous fads that seem to be so popular these days. Let me know what your husband is picky about and I’ll let you know if we can work with it (I’m sure we can). Talk to you soon!

  10. Sandra Scott Reply

    Hi Dani!
I’ve already expressed an interest in the essential oils… do you have an example you can share of a meal on the 21 day transformation? I’d love to blame it on picky kids but alas, I’m the picky one. Are the meals easy to pack for work lunch?

    • dani stout Reply

They’re definitely easy to pack or lunch. I do it all the time.

An example of a meal is a bunless burger with sweet potato fries, or Chinese orange shrimp with green beans and rice, and sweet potato quiche. Let me know if you have any other questions!

  11. Hello-

I am interested in your program but would like to know more about it. How does it work? Do you send material? do you have a system of tracking results? If you could send me a little more information on how the process works, I would surely appreciate it! I think it sounds well worth the $69 but would just like some additional information.

    Thank you.

    • dani stout Reply

Hi! Once you purchase it you receive a series of PDFs to download and go through at your own pace. The Essential Weight Loss program is the one that is guided and includes weekly coaching. You would actually fill out a food journal each week to send me for review and we’d discuss your results, how you’re feeling, etc.

  12. Hi Danni
Thank you for your website and promotion of real food.
I’m just studying with the Institute of Integrated Nutrition currently and keen to help divert the traffic away from the supermarket and back to the garden.
I would love to create a website just like yours!!

I just wondered how you accommodate vegetarians in your programs.

    Yours in health
    Debbie

    • dani stout Reply

      Hi Debbie,

I actually don’t accommodate vegetarians. I do not support a vegetarian diet for optimal health so it never made much sense to coach a person who isn’t willing to eat to promote their highest sense of wellness.

If you have any other questions just let me know!

      Dani

  13. A couple of questions: I saw you mentioned a similar program for weight loss. How can I get hold of that?
Also, I have a little girl who is allergic to dairy, how do I supplement her diet with things to accommodate for the lack of butter and whole milk?

  14. Gloria Cabrera Reply

    Hi Dani,
Can your plan accommodate a completely peanut and tree-nut free diet? My daughter has severe life-threatening nut allergies and we do not consume any nuts or products that may contain or a manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts or tree nuts.

    Please let me know.

    Thank you,
    Gloria

    • dani stout Reply

Absolutely! The program actually has very little nuts and those that are present can be easily eliminated!

  15. Hi Dani,

I was wondering if you are partnered with or know of anyone who offers a similar program to yours in Australia. You have exactly what I am looking for however I need advise on what to buy/eat that is readily accessible in Australia.

    Thank you,

    Jess.

    • dani stout Reply

All of these products are available in Australia so you’d be good to go!

  16. Hello dani,

I’m a busy mum of two small children (one of which can’t eat tomatoes or citrus) and I’m looking to lose weight. Are your meals family friendly, how much does the 21 day cost?
    Many thanks

    • dani stout Reply

Absolutely! The tomatoes and citrus fruits can be easily eliminated. All the meals are family friendly and the price is $69.

  17. Hi Dani,

I am interested in learning more about the program. How would I go about purchasing it?

    Many Thanks.

  18. Hi Dani!

I’m interested in the 30 day program however, the acne guide seems interesting as well! Do you sell guides individually? Also, do the supplements get mailed to Canada?

    Thanks

    • dani stout Reply

I sell the entire program individually (with the meal plans) but not just the guides. The supplements can definitely be shipped to Cananda!

  20. How much water do we drink per day on the 21 day program? Also, can we drink coffee and tea?

    • dani stout Reply

I go over water intake when people buy the program, it will be different for everyone. Same for coffee, this varies for people but I don’t generally recommend it. Tea is great.

  21. Hi. I recently started acupuncture for social anxiety and panic attacks. The guy there told me to stay away from eggs and bread. Is this true? Based on what you had wrote im thinking not. Id really like to try your program for the “cleansing” benefit and if I loss weight thats a plus 😉

  22. I see your program includes a guide for acne. How does this guide compare to you Essential Acne Killer Program?

    • dani stout Reply

My bad! That’s actually a mistake, it’s not included.

    • dani stout Reply

Yes, although this program is delivered via the internet.

Hi, I was just about to buy isagenix, until a friend showed me this. I’m actually struggling to see everything when I click buy… can u help.. is there a site with everything you offer?

    • dani stout Reply

No, I don’t advocate vegetarian diets because they cause nutrient deficiencies.

      • Yeaaaaaaaa! Finally!!!! I tried cutting out meat and was exhausted and struggled to stay awake (weird, I know). So happy to find a nutrition site that advocates eating meat 🙂

  25. What a Croc of shit. I am not linked to any other company but all you do is bash herbalife to advertise your own product. Scum of the earth

    • dani stout Reply

I “bash” Herbalife because they use GMOs, MSG, trans fats, processed soy and other toxic ingredients. This is a fact. It’s on their ingredient labels. Are you denying this, or do you not understand that these things are unhealthy?

I promote my own products because that’s common sense. This is a business.

How exactly does that make me the scum of the earth?

  26. How rigid are the meal plans? I get a bi-weekly CSA box of freshly picked produce from a local farm, and I’ve already paid for the next season (I’m in Fla, so season runs Nov to April.) I live alone, and don’t want to not be able to use the veggies from my box. There are more veggies than fruit, and usually some fresh herbs.

    • dani stout Reply

Not rigid at all! They are there for ideas and inspiration. You don’t need to follow them to a T. Plus I can always help out with recipes for the items in your CSA box!

  27. Dani,

My wife and I are currently trying to lose weight, but have struggled thus far because we’re so different when it comes to what we eat. We also don’t have a ton of free time to cook, so that tends to interfere somewhat as well. Do you have recommendations for picky eaters who are on-the-go? I’ve thought about looking into Advocare for assistance, but don’t feel like it’s the safest route to go. Thanks and best wishes!

    • dani stout Reply

I recommend my 21 Day Lifestyle Transformation.

  28. I like your stuff. Keep up the good work. No explanation needed for people who don’t “get it” 🙂 Take care!

  29. Hi Dani,

Your weight loss program and your 21-day program both sound appealing, but I’m fuzzy on which you might suggest for my situation. I have 60 pounds to lose, about 5 dress sizes. I was ill for a very long time and had emergency surgery – treatment revealed that my body had no only been fighting a fibroid tumor (benign!) for some time, but all the systems had started failing in order to fight it. My body essentially protected me from the tumor – kept in benign, at least that’s my view of it. So I’m now five months post surgery, starting to enjoy gradually increasing gentle exercise daily, eating better, etc. I gained lots of weight with the tumor, but doubled it after surgery because my body needed to equalize – the hormones are returning to normal levels and muscle mass is returning without my working out. I seemed to need to eat all of sorts of foods that I had previously cut from my diet. Pizza became a food group unto itself. With chocolate chip cookies a close second.

So now I’m looking for something natural, not overly restrictive, and free of all the fake stuff that is prevalent in foods. I eat only organic foods at home (unless I end up in the pizza food group or raiding my step daughter’s snack stash of chips and such, which happens more than I’d like to admit). Cravings are hard to control sometimes – hence the raiding. A friend tried to get me onto AdvoCare and I’m SO glad I found your review. Your reviews of all the diets (and of dieting in general) are really helpful – I’m sharing your website with all of my friends!!!

So with these things in mind, would you suggest I attack the 21-day plan to help me get off of cravings and jump-start my weight loss (I sure could use a quick boost – feeling discouraged about the tight clothes and ever-expanding size of my waist); or the other weight loss program you have which sounds like a slower but definitely lasting way of eating to live.

I may have just answered my own question: maybe start with the 21-day plan and then move into the longer-term plan.

Your time in reading my history and answering my question is much appreciated!
    Wendy 🙂

  30. Unbiased my ass.. you work for a rival company of Herbalife. That’s about as biased as it gets lol

    • dani stout Reply

No, actually, I don’t. I’m a wellness advocate that promotes essential oils and healthy supplements like fish oil, probiotics, digestive enzymes, etc. Even if I did rival Herbalife, the ingredients are still garbage.

  31. Hey got a few questions is this network marketing? If so what is the name of the company? And are all the products organic? If so are they branded USDA organic? Sorry for so many questions but I’m interest in your products for me and girlfriend. She works a part time and instead of going to school maybe she can do something like this?

  32. Miriah Greensfelder Reply

    Hi Dani,

I came across your website while doing research on Advocare, and I am very glad I did. I was wondering what you would recommend for me, I have three weddings I am attending this summer, the first one in June and am meeting my boyfriends family for the first time and would like to look my absolute best. With that being said I know I need to loose some weight. What would you recommend I start with or do to get started with you. Also, my friends and I are doing this together is there a way to make a plan work for all of us? I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you!

    Miriah

    • dani stout Reply

Definitely! I’d love to work with you guys. I’ll email you directly.

  33. Hi,

I would love to see some reviews from people who have paid for this and got the results?

My food is the worst part and i struggle every day with eating.

i would love to give this a try, do you need the supplements?

    • dani stout Reply

I’ve been meaning to get a testimonials page up but haven’t gotten around to it yet. And nope, supplements aren’t necessary.

  34. Dani,
Found your site while researching shakeology, trying to figure why it costs $130 a month, anyway I do not have any degree or certs in nutrition, but have been studying it since the mid 90’s. Your site is an excellent source of info. Keep up the good work. I know you are busy, but could you “whey” in on the following product, http://nkdnutrition.com/products/naked-whey, I’m looking for something for my son, he has ulcerative colitis, currently in remission, and does not eat enough protein. I’m trying to get some weight on him, he’s 5’9″ and weighs around 120lbs.

    Thanks
    Richard

    • dani stout Reply

Thank you! And this protein looks great! I would use it myself.
